Having had great success with my HF LDMOS amplifier I decided to build a new amplifier dedicated to 50 MHz. The path of least resistance led me to decide on using the VK-AMPS LDMOS HF/50MHz pallet with the MRFX1k80H device.

This is a complete 1KW HF amplifier Kit with fully assembled boards. The Amplifier is based around the MHT1803 Devices and is capable of up to 1000w on every band with the exception of 6M which is around 800w.
