2023年7月30日 · I am getting scrambled or corrupted video playback in VLC media player. I thought this was only DVD playback at first but appears to be any video that I attempt to playback. Using Celluloid works perfectly but apparently doesn't support DVD menus. I am running Linux Mint Mate 21.2 with Intel Arc A750. Celluloid on left, VLC on right.

2021年11月6日 · I'm trying to help my bf with VLC only playing sound on some video's with a black screen. My bf is running Kubuntu 20.04 on a custom built 64 bit desktop. Most of his .mp4 videos have sound and video when using VLC and work just fine. A handful of the .mp4's only have sound only with a black screen; and no video. He's running VLC version 3.0.9.

I used Stacer to clean the system, after that is when I started having problems with VLC. I thought uninstalling and reinstalling would fix it, but to no avail.

2011年11月30日 · I started using VLC when I was still using Windows. Now I am using Puppy Linux and the Gnome player comes bundled. VLC has to be installed. Gnome player doesn't lag for me, though. I only use VLC when I come across file formats which Gnome player does not run properly. Sometimes, just audio without video.
