XPS 谱图解读. 当钒以低浓度存在时（与氧相比），仔细观察 O1s 峰低结合能侧的自旋-轨道分裂峰，以鉴别钒。 V2p 区的 V 金属具有不对称峰形。 氧化物具有对称峰形。 V2p 峰具有明显自旋轨道分裂峰（Δ 金属 =7.6eV）。 分裂 Δ 值因化学态而异（例如，Δ V2O5 =7.4eV）。

图5给出了球形多孔vn的xps谱图。 从 图5 可以看出,在504 eV~540 eV范围内分别对应着O1s、V2p 1/2 和V2p 3/2 的峰,分别代表氧化钒和钒的V2p 1/2 和V2p 3/2 的峰。 在N1s(397 eV)和O1s(530 eV)处的峰分别代表金属氮化物和金属氧化物。
