2024年11月18日 · New TOS will not hold up in court? They added an Arbitration clause into their TOS. But waiving our rights to Sue by court goes against the 7th ammendment for U.S citizens. this are in a lot of software, some can get shady depending on what it stands for or against.

I wanted to discuss the new TOS changes in VRChat, particularly focusing on the aspects that require us to place a significant amount of trust in the platform. Contracts are usually in place where mutual trust might be lacking, and in this case, the contract seems to have numerous clauses that lean heavily on our trust in VRChat.
