The VSK-94 (Russian: ВСК-94: Войсковой Снайперский Комплекс, romanized: Voyskovoy Snayperskiy Kompleks, lit. 'Military Sniper Complex', GRAU index 6В8) is a 9×39mm sniper rifle variant of the 9A-91 assault rifle, designed in 1995 in the KBP Instrument Design Bureau by Vasily Gryazev and manufactured by Tula Arms Plant.

The VSV, also known as VSK-94 (Войсковой Снайперский Комплекс or Military Sniper Complex), was a fully-automatic sniper rifle/DMR that saw limited use with several law enforcement organizations in Russia before the nuclear war that drove humanity underground. The VSK-94 is a suppressed sniper rifle of Russian origin. It was developed in the early 1990's to complement the 9A91 sub machine gun. It was intended as a more cost effective and lighter alternative to the VSS Vintorez. The VSK-94 nearly identical to the 9A91. It is a gas operated weapon with long stroke gas piston and rotating bolt.

Referred to as the "VSV", this weapon is visually based off of the VSK-94, but unlike its parent firearm it is chambered for 5.45x39mm ammunition instead, fed from a transparent magazine containing 20 rounds. It retains the parent firearm's fully automatic and semiautomatic firing modes, and can be purchased with or without a scope.
