Mr Donald TONG Chi-keung was appointed on 1 January 2022 as the Executive Director to lead the Vocational Training Council (VTC) in advancing vocational and professional education and training (VPET) as well as furthering the development of the Council.

The Vocational Training Council (VTC) announced today (24 June) that the Government has approved the appointment of Mr Donald TONG Chi-keung as the new Executive Director of the VTC with effect from 1 January 2022. Mr Tong is a seasoned administrative officer with rich experience in public administration and management.
