Customer: hi i have a 2003 vw lt 35,with the 2.5 engine,the other day it lost power as if no turbo or fuel starved,so would only get to 40mph. a few hours later i tried again and it was back to normal,and drove over 100miles then,while driving,did it again. yesterday changed the fuel filter and fuel shutoff valve and that had no effect.any ideas?

the vw lt 35 2.5tdi 109bhp is a 2 stage direct injection and to the best of my knowelege there is no electric fuel pump feeding the main fuel pump also it is a five cylinder in line engine VW Mechanic: Mike

Customer: 2004 VW LT 35 Van MWB. Water overheating, blowing water out of overflow of header tank, Radiator remains cool, Radiator has been cleaned, thermostat has been changed. Can go approx. 8 miles and then "boils" up or pressureised?
