Throwing code p0140. P0140, yes still comes back. 2011 vw gti. Have tried 2 new o2 sensors

Customer: 2013 Volkswagen passat 2.5l have dtc p0140, p0135, p0131 replaced bank 1 sensor 2 code still comes back

Customer: I have a 99 vw jetta 2.0. I am getting codes p0140 p0141 b0423. I replaced the o2 sensor after the cat bank 1 sensor 2 but i am still getting the code. I read that it could be the fuse but witch fuse and where is it located.

Customer: Got OBD code P0140 and P0141 (02 Sensor CKT No Activity (Bank 1 Sensor 2) and 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2) on my 1999 Winnebago Rialta with 140hp. Volkswagen VR6 Engine Where is this Sensor located (by Cat. converter??)
