Vaida is a Wyvern Lord from Bern paid by the Black Fang to hunt down and kill Hector, Eliwood, and their allies. If the chapter, Unfulfilled Heart, where she is the boss, is completed without killing her, she will leave and will be reencountered in the chapter Cog of Destiny.
