So I have seen that Valorant can work on the steam deck but those videos were a year ago and I haven't seen any new updates regarding that. So for those that have downloaded Valorant before and got it working on the steam deck, does it still work and how can I download it myself?

I’ll very likely be installing Windows on an external drive in the off chance I want to play something like Valorant that doesn’t play well with SteamOS - I’m moving soonish and won’t have access to my gaming rig so this seems like a sensible option.

2020年6月4日 · Now that I am going to install Valorant, this is what I am going to do and this works with Steam downloads - I will pause the download using the button and close the client but will keep in the Task Manager and then keep my laptop on hibernate for as many days it will take to download which means 3 days.

2022年6月26日 · If you download VALORANT from Epic, it will install the Riot Client and use it to install VALORANT, same goes for starting the game. There is no benefit to using the Epic Games Store, the only reason the game is available there is to make it more accessible for players who never heard of it and who found it randomly when browsing the store.
