2013年10月26日 · Students must be a graduate of the Armed Sentry/Security Reaction Force-Basic (A-830-0018), or the Navy Security Force Sentry (A-830-2216) and Security Reaction Force Team Member-Basic (A-830-2217). Students that have completed the Master at Arms "A" School (A-830-0011) after September 2006 are also eligible to attend this course of instruction.

2022年3月29日 · I don't know anything about "big" navy, but vbss doesn't seem particularly accessible, nor' particularly active unless you're on the right platform, in the right place. Maybe join the coast guard instead. If you get into something adjacent to specwar, you can get into something similar to an opposed vbss or something.

2012年10月4日 · To answer your previous question about fast roping. Since vbss has become primarily a ships force mission. The powers that be have laid down the levels at which missions are completed. If a mission requires fast roping, it is generally assumed it will be a spec ops mission. H-vbss just isn't gonna happen for ships force sorry.

2019年3月31日 · VBSS is a small organization that’s set up in almost every sea command. You’ll have a team that gets trained to do boardings and interdictions of vessels at sea. The scope of what the Navy is allowed to do is actually fairly restrictive - we don’t act as law enforcement agents, and we don’t conduct live-fire contested assaults.
