Tuition itself is less than $10 (see the sidebar). The helpful thing here would have been to see the ticket because of the dates, courthouse, etc. But failing that:

2021年8月11日 · So anyways, on my ticket the code specified is CVC 21453(c) which is for red arrow lights. I got my ticket at a circular red light, so it should be CVC 21453(a). Maybe the declarant made a mistake? My question is, can I get this ticket dismissed if I show proof that this intersection did not have a right turn arrow light?
