2017年5月23日 · Seems to me this violates my rights and that his subsequent discovery that I was violating VC 2500 (a) should be tossed as the result of an improper search. Doesn't he need probable cause or at least reasonable suspicion that I was violating the law to stop me?

2013年10月29日 · Mr. Norton is right. VC 5200 talks about two plates. VC 5201 talks about placement and covering. In most cases, this is a correctable (or fix it) ticket. Some, if not many individuals in CA, don't like the look of a sporty car with a front plate and do not put one on. The cop who wrote the ticket probably wrote the wrong section on the ticket.
