The Constitutional Court (German: Verfassungsgerichtshof [fɛɐˈfasʊŋsɡəˌʁɪçtshoːf] ⓘ or VfGH [faʊʔɛfɡeːˈhaː] ⓘ) in Austria is the tribunal responsible for judicial review. It verifies the constitutionality of statutes, the legality of ordinances and other secondary legislation, and the constitutionality of decisions of certain other courts.
