2024年1月2日 · I use PDANet+ all the time on Verizon with no issues with hitting my data limit. On the network usage it shows as my phone and not hotspot. Seeing as how the android phone has no internet it seems the phone/plan itself had a data cap. Buy the cheapest Android from T-Mobile and then used PDANet+ and you should be fine.
