Vetro Vero is the award-winning collaborative glassblowing studio of designers Michael Schunke and Josie Gluck. Based in Pennsylvania, the two designers share over 40 years of professional glassmaking experience.

Vetro Vero designs are infused with the energy of the two glassmakers. Each hand-blown glass object is individually made by Michael and Josie, through practicing the values that brought them together: honest work, pure materials, fresh designs, and respect for the skilled glassmaking tradition in which they were both trained.

Inspired by apothecary bottle collections and scaled for large displays, Vetro Vero handblown glass bottles are celebrated for their abundant colors and possibilities for arrangements. Vetro Vero's contemporary designs have been featured in publications including Elle Decor, Veranda, House Beautiful, Vogue and more.

We are Michael Schunke and Josie Gluck, glassblowers and co-founders of Vetro Vero Glassblowing Studio. We create handblown glass decor, sculpture, and tableware designs.

Vetro Vero means "true glass" in Italian. Vetro Vero designs are handcrafted in America by designers Michael Schunke & Josie Gluck. Schunke and Gluck launched Vetro Vero together in 2011, when their collaborative vision merged Schunke's Nine Iron Studios with Gluck's independent design practice.

Vetro Vero handblown glass designs are crafted individually, as they are ordered. Please keep in mind that measurements are approximate and slight variations in size and color are the norm for handmade designs. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
