World Cup of Pokémon VGC 2024 is already here! In this third edition, 63 teams will be competing during 10 weeks until we get a champion!

2023年7月11日 · Finals will be played on 13 August 2023 at 9 am JST (00:00 UTC), starting with Pokémon Go, then Pokémon TCG and finally Pokémon VGC (VGC finals estimated at around 2 pm JST / 05:00 UTC). This event is the most important event in the 2023 official circuit for all regions. It does not reward Championship Points (CPs).

The 2021 VGC World Championship Series is the first full circuit utilising Pokémon Sword & Shield Games. Full details on the format remain unknown. This Championship series includes invites and CP gained from the previous circuit which were cancelled due to global health concerns. The 2021 World Championships is to be held in London.

VGC stands for the Video Game Championships a yearly circuit organized by TPCI (ThePokémonCompanyInternational) all over the world and played with the Pokémon videogames. The VGC ruleset changes every year and since 2009 The Pokémon World Championship (the largest competition) is held in a Northamerican city.
