2023年2月14日 · The app you are referring to in your screenshot is the 3CX App from Windows (Legacy app), also no longer in development and is superseded by the new version 20 softphone, although this is still in the beta release stage. In any case, to answer your question there are no pop-up capabilities in the Legacy App.
