With the Desktop app, you can place and receive calls, send and receive team messages, view your contact history with clients, manage Call Forwarding Settings, and listen to voicemails.

Use Extensions App Internationally. Placing calls with the Extensions App over a Wi-Fi connection is a great way to prevent high voice and data usage rates from your mobile carrier. Outgoing calls made within the Extensions App from an international location go through the Vonage network. They are billed at the rates of your Vonage calling plan.

Setting up Wi-Fi calling on your Extensions App is a great way to save on mobile minutes, along with data and roaming fees. When you first download and install the Extensions App, you will be prompted to register for Wi-Fi calling. If you accept, a call is placed from your phone to our network which will activate your Wi-Fi calling.

1) Open the app on desktop. 2) Press log in and log in on the page that opens. 3) Close the new window that loads forever (Keeping the original open) 4) On the webpage, log out and log back in (without clicking the button on the desktop app)
