Did another uninstall and the offending dll located as indicated below: Agree that deleting files is risky but I am planning on renaming the files/folders to something old and do a restart and install to see if that fixes it.

2018年1月21日 · Printer is a HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M 281fdw which is not the problem. It otherwise works well and will scan to a backup computer that also has Windows 10. On the Envy, when I attempt to scan it tells me I need the WIA. All Windows updates have been installed as well as all software on printer. Both printer and computer are new. Thanks.
