2013年2月17日 · I have now put in quite a few miles on both bikes, in nearly every terrain imaginable. The CRF250L is my bike, and I've put 5k on it, with several different types of tires. The WR250R is a buddy's bike. I recently rode both of them with a Kenda Trakmaster II rear and Pirelli Scorpion Pro front, so the tires were identical.

2010年1月31日 · The WR250R seems like a hoot for sipping across town and the odd lighthearted adventure. Money no issue I'd be tempted to buy one tomorrow! But the Honda CRF250L also seems very good and is A LOT cheaper!

2021年9月30日 · If you think the CRF300l is a CRF250l with a bigger motor, you are completely wrong. I bought a brand new CRF250l in 2014 and rode it for a couple of years. I really liked the CFR250l but though it was a little under powered and the ground clearance was not enough for the trails that I like to ride.

2018年3月18日 · Wondering what your thoughts are on advantages of the CRF250L vs WR250R vs KLX250 are and anything you think I should consider when looking at these models. I think the only challenge that the KLX has is that there arent a whole lot of aftermarket options for the 2018 model yet, but I am sure those will come soon enough.

2013年3月14日 · Honestly as a wr250r owner it comes down to one thing. Do you plan on doing serious off-roading? Climb big hills, go over huge rocks? huge mud pits? Or do you just want to put down dirt roads I could take a 1998 chevy cavalier down? If it's the latter, then the price difference makes the honda the best choice.

2019年10月13日 · IMHO, the WR250R is the most versatile of the two, once you tweak the rear suspension (I installed gold valves front and back on mine). The Honda is very torquey and powerful, but unmodified is more prone to flame-outs and surging - it really needs an aftermarket ECU ($700+) to run right - but once installed the bike is a serious machine.

2018年7月3日 · Are these official Honda specs? Looks weird, especially the torque peak RPM difference. Look at some of the dyno charts from comparisons of the CRF250L vs WR250R back in 2013/14. I like the Honda curve more. I have a CRF250L/M with stage 1 mods and it unleashes almost 3 more HP at the top. It is good enough for riding at 110 mph comfortably.

2013年7月31日 · Basically the modded CRF250L is between 2hp and 3hp more powerful than the stock WR250R everywhere between 4500rpm and 6500rpm. NOTE: Also bear in mind the WR250R was measured on a different dyno.
