I got higher swing & ball speed with the Gen5 and slightly more distance. To me, the Gen 5 compared favorably from a performance standpoint to the Ventus TR Black.

2025年1月28日 · I've had the Gen4 and Gen5 in 60 TX in a TSR3 driver, and neither are very stout for a TX. They felt fairly similar hitting balls. A Ventus TR Black 60x feels MUCH more stout than either of them to me. I just switched out the gen 5 from my GT3 driver, it feels to boardy. I was actually fit into it from my fitting last fall.

Biggest thing I see is a thinner face and because of the slight weight savings from that, some redistribution of weight around the perimeter. I think the core material and the power channel are the same though.
