2018年10月17日 · Now vaping is very similar, a lot of people started to vape because it's "cool" and "hip", and those are usually the loudest ones. 2015年2月11日 · It's in Japanese, but wiki in Japanese for CVT talks specifically for 4th gen Impreza (2015 WRX in U.S.). Under chain type CVT (チェーン式CVT), it lists the 4th gen Impreza, and also says the maximum torque it can handle is 400 N/m, which is 295 lbs/ft. 295 lbs/ft is exactly how much torque WRX in Japan has also.

Essentially, while no law specifically prohibits it, vaping so much that it obscures your view of the road or messing with your mod (and so driving without due care and attention) will result in a fine if you’re caught. So while it isn’t specifically illegal to vape and drive, it’s best to exercise caution and care if you’re going to do it.
