
Construction Audit Tracking System | WSDOT
The Construction Audit Tracking System (CATS) provides a communications process that allows WSDOT and contractors to resolve non-compliance issues found during construction inspections. This system is a new need to WSDOT and does not replace any existing computer systems at the agency. Use these instructions to assist you with CATS:
Logging into CATS Open Internet explorer and go to https://business.wsdot.wa.gov/audit/processcontrol/construction/catsui/login.aspx This is the logon page to CATS. Type in your user ID and password that you received from the Materials Lab. Click the login button. The Home Page looks as shown below:

How To: Perform an Audit. Assuming that you have logged successfully into the system and you’re on the home page of the CATS system. Navigate to the ‘Prepare Audit Page’ by using the menu item as shown below. Select a Contract/Work order (if it is not already pre-selected).
How To: Add/Edit Disciplines and Subcategories for a Contract. You may add them by going to the menu and selecting Maintenance and then PE Disciplines, SubCats.
