The Developer Extension Manual provides guidelines, standards, policies, specifications and fees regarding extenstion of sewer and water facilities within its service area.

The Guidelines are intended to assist in advancing WSUD within Australia and facilitate better and more efficient management of water in urban areas. In addition to these Guidelines, the Joint Steering Committee has undertaken further work to review icon WSUD developments and incentives to stimulate WSUD developments.
