Made in 1941, the original finish rates at about 97%, with most of the finish loss found near the muzzle on either side of the slide. Proper features for this year of maufacture include the 60 degree safety and Eagle/N proofs on the slide and frame.

2020年1月6日 · Walther PPK pistols were reportedly the preferred tool used by Vasily Blokhin, the KGB executioner at Katyn. They were also favored by various German Nazi organizations for similar uses, but I doubt that the Nazis were quite so prolific as their Soviet competitors–The Germans preferred rifles and machineguns for their mass-murders with firearms.
