2005年8月30日 · It probabley wouldn't be as defined as WW2, many countries would probabley destablise after the first few bombs, (assuming its nukey). I'd guess new countries would start most being on a basis of similar ideals, and the Idea of "teams" or alliances would probabley be around for more stable nations.
