Guests of Western Washington University can access the Internet from their personal devices using our public Wi-Fi network. No guest account or password is required. Click or tap Done when you see the Western home page. You will now be able to connect to the Internet from your Web browser or other applications.

From the home screen, go to Settings > Wi-Fi. Select the wireless network " WWUwireless-Secure ". It will prompt you for a Username and Password, enter your WWU Universal ID and password. NOTE: If you're having trouble, try using your WWU email as your username, then your WWU email without the handle (@wwu.edu) if the first option doesn't work.

Students access online materials including class discussions, assignments and exams by signing into Canvas from myWestern. Students log in to Canvas using their Universal Account information. New students can self-enroll in a WWU Canvas Orientation from the Canvas Help page for tips about navigating Canvas.
