2018年11月17日 · Cave hotspots dont seem to exist. I have spent alot of time in fishable caves during warm and cold cycle and have never seen a hotspot. Using charamote bait doesent spawn any of them. I am playing solo so not sure if cave hotspots spawn in squads.

There is a cave on the lower right of the spaceport. The cave has two locations in it that can have hotspots, and they alternate one another so you can basically jump between spots. It is the most reliable cave I've found so far, as there is almost always a hotspot active.

I have only found one cave with hotspots in it. It's the most SE cave on the map under the Space Port, it has two hot spots that can appear in it. I've heard of two other caves that can have hotspots but I've never seen a hotspot in them myself. One is the southern most of the three caves to the SW of the Space Port.

2018年11月10日 · Adding a 2nd spot that regularly gets hot spots: the cave directly south of Reflector Control, there's a small pond at the bottom. I throw a dye in and nearly 100% of the time a hot spot spawns before the dye is gone. Seems to last a bit longer than 2 baits.
