WBQC-LD became a Telemundo affiliate on July 27, 2023, with Cozi TV (the station's primary affiliation by this point) moving to 25.2. On November 28, 2008, the station adopted the branding "WKRP-TV", drawing on the 1970's CBS sitcom WKRP in Cincinnati.

November 2008: WBQC-CA rebrands the station "WKRP TV Cincinnati" after the television series from the late 1970s. In 2010 station became WOTH-LD and later WOTH-CD. WOTH-CD is a television station in Cincinnati, OH that serves the Cincinnati television market. The station runs independent programming.
