All children 6 years and below may enroll for the WeCAN Early Intervention Programme (EIP). Singapore citizens and permanent residents are given priority. A child can only be referred to WeCAN Early Intervention Progamme (EIP) through SGEnable (previously known as Centre for Enabled Living).

The WeCAN EIP programme was developed in 2004 as a key component of Project Platinum to meet the needs of young children on the autism spectrum and their families in Singapore.
