Wei Cui received the B.S. degree in physics and the Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 1998 and 2003, respectively. From 2003 to 2005, he was a Postdoctor with the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China.
