West Education Center (WEC) serves students grades 9-12 and Transition age with unique needs in a variety of programs. We are experts at serving students that demonstrate a variety of unique needs related to their disabilities and/or other related conditions.

Our attendance centers include Appanoose Elementary, Williamsburg Elementary, West Franklin Middle School, West Franklin High School and the West Franklin Learning Center. US 287 is the shortest route between Denver and Dallas-Fort Worth. US 287 originates at its southern terminus in Port Arthur as a branch of SH 87.
