Can someone please explain to me what happened to Lucy Gray …
2022年8月23日 · Lucy herself became the only remaining evidence of the murder. In eliminating Lucy he could even cover up the love affair. Claim his place once again as a part of the Capitol elite. Distance himself from her, the hunger games and any link to the districts. Lucy wasn't paranoid she just finally saw past Snows mask. She put the pieces together.

2022年10月11日 · If she did, then I personally think that Maude Ivory is Katniss' Grandmother, while Lucy Gray never went back to 12 and eventually made her way to district 13, and becoming Coins mother. If she didn't, however, then its only logical …
The fate of Lucy Grey Baird : r/Hungergames - Reddit
2020年6月22日 · The only time Lucy Gray is mentioned in the original trilogy is before the reaping for the 74th Games when Katniss says that District 12 had only two victors ever and, “Only one of them is still alive.” But I agree that Lucy Gray didn’t return to District 12 & …
My theory about what happened to Lucy Grey : r/Hungergames
Katniss can be seen as a combination of both snow and lucy... she has a similar personality to Lucy, can sing as she does, knows about plant life and nature ( Lucy can survive on her own in the wilderness, i think she would've gone North as she'd intended or lived near the border of district 12), cares deeply for her family and friends, is also ...

2020年5月31日 · A few thoughts on Lucy's true intentions throughout the book. My theory is that Lucy is performing for Coryo until she enters the games. Her flirting is all a tactic of manipulation. Since we see it from his perspective, we see her letting her guard down and falling for him extremely quickly. But why would she? Sure, she loves attention and an ...
What Happened to Lucy Gray (SPOILERS HUNGER GAMES) : …
I really enjoyed your analysis of Lucy Gray's fate in the Hunger Games. It's interesting to see the different theories circulating. I agree with your point about the lake; the drowning theory doesn't quite add up. I also think Lucy Gray's intelligence and resourcefulness make it plausible that she survived for some time after Snow left the woods.

2022年11月14日 · Lucy Gray was a performer, and if we’re to believe Coriolanus, a darn good one. It is essential that performers create a separation between their stage persona and their authentic self. Not in the way that they should be completely different people, but that it should be clear about where one ends and the other begins.
lucy gray baird's fate : r/Hungergames - Reddit
lucy gray baird's fate Prequel Discussion it's so odd that a lot of people want lucy gray to have died, but, in my opinion, lucy gray is a survivor. something about her just doesn't come off as someone who would die, especially from a gunshot wound considering snow didn't find a body. i like that her fate is a mystery like the song she sung.
About Lucy Gray Baird (Spoilers) : r/Hungergames - Reddit
Haymitch was never presented as the first victor from district 12, he was presented as the second. He's presented as the only one who's still alive, which is very plausible. Even if Lucy Gray survived Snow's attack, who knows how long she could've survived out there. Certainly not for another 64 years all by herself.

Like so many old ballads have these tragic endings to their stories (or, like Lucy Gray's own namesake ballad, ambiguous). There is a part of me that wants to think/does think that she survived somehow because it makes sense for the Hanging Tree song to circulate and also the parallels between Lucy Gray and the little we know of Katniss's father.
