When you are logged into EA.com, under connections, if you see the correct Xbox account, that becomes a subscription issue. Showing inactive indicates one of the above is happening. With the steps to get the accounts linked, when you go into the Xbox App and download any game for EA Play, it should sync the sub. This is what you should see

2024年12月31日 · Have EA Play on game pass ultimate but can't play any version of Madden 24 that is available. Says I'm not signed into the downloading account but only one account on the Xbox and its the same one I have used to play both Madden 24 and MLB 24 but Madden no longer works. I've tried signing out and in, resetting xbox, relaunching the game etc.
