but it's very likely that they're saying, "what ya doin'?" or "whatcha doin?" or "what u doin'?" These are all slang for "What are you doing?" It's like what @seouldesperate said. You're probably hearing "waddaya doin'?" which sounds like "what do you doing" when people say it quickly, but what they mean is "what are you doing" exactly!!
