Where's the best spot to farm Flints? - GameFAQs
For the love of me, I cannot seem to find any for a common item! I've checked every Stable if they occasionally have one and out of ten or so stables only one Flint was found. I fast travel between Goron City and the Sho Dantu Shrine in the Gerudo Desert for some ores, but rarely I get Flints for some odd reason.

2017年3月3日 · You'll find loose pieces of it in a select few places around the overworld, but I'm pretty sure mining ore deposits for it is the fastest method. The game doesn't include any "secret grinding methods" for it like some other items have, since it's such a common material already.

Look for black rocks, you can smash them to find gems and ores, flint is one of the fairly common drops. When mining them keep in mind that bombs will smash the rocks but they will also send the minerals flying so you will have to search for them, hammers smash rocks in on hit and hardly lose any durability and other weapons can smash rocks with multiple hits but break fast.

I've spent at least an hour running around trying to find flint to light the first fire for Andrew (yes, I have the skill unlocked). Tried crafting, hitting rocks with the machete, pretty much everything I can think of. You just light the fire in the demo, and you didn't have to find flint in the original, either. Driving me nuts.

You don't need Flint for anything but the Flint & Steel tool and to Make arrows. It can be found by breaking gravel blocks. If I had a Nickel for every time I found a Nickel, I'd get 10 cents each time I found a nickel.
