Jan 21, 2024 · I don't think that it was a network services issue. The LAN driver for Intel I225-V NIC was missing. Tonight, using dism, I mounted the boot.wim file on my PC that resulted from the copype and makewinpemedia commands that I used to create my bootable USB WinPE environment last week (after installing Windows 11 ADK and WinPE add-on to my Win 10 PC).
