2025年3月11日 · Microsoft decided to require a special hash value to be stored in the shortcut files available in the WinX menu. Some guy figured it out and since then that has been added into a number of 3rd party tools. TL-DR you will need to use a 3rd party tool in order to add a new WinX menu item.
