I says that I'm currently not using a display attached to nVidia GPU. That's because my laptop uses my Intel GPU. My question is how do I fix this, I need to enter the CP to change some settings for games, but my WIndows 8 was not pre-installed so I can't access the BIOS for some reason to change the primary GPU.

Whenever I click to access Control Panel either via right click on the Start Button, or run and control.exe, it shows the circular mouse icon like its loading. It then removes my desktop background for a second and reloads my taskbar icons as well as shutting down control panel.
