Hello I'm stuck on this windows "winpeshl.exe" but when I close it it restarts the blue screen after that it does it again with that windows. I can't type anything in it, its a Windows 10 upgraded from windows 7. ive had windows 10 for a couple of years now, never had problems or anything until now.. Its a Toshiba laptop . Idk.

2015年10月3日 · The thing that I think sets my situation apart is that if I hit the Windows key and the up arrow twice, I get a window maximized named winpeshl.exe, and it doesn't seem to actually be doing anything. I've tried closing it and doing the above things, again, no luck.

2014年6月4日 · I found a solution which allows to launch many applications from winpeshl.ini. From what I have observed, it seems you cannot use both [LaunchApp] and [LaunchApps] sections together. So if you have many applications to launch just use [LaunchApps] and put your shell in the last position. Here is my winpeshl.ini file which works fine : [LaunchApps]

After that a window with the title "winpeshl.exe" will flash for a split second and lead to a screen of "Restoring your previous version of windows.." then it will just cut to the HP logo and repeat. Is there anyway to fix this or restore my data? Is this the work of a virus?
