2020年10月21日 · Purchased a 20-year house in MN with Wirsbo floor heat in the basement. It has 8 zones. Looking to adjust the manifold to increase heat in some rooms and decrease in others. I read that the initial setting (mid-point) is a dime above the brass collar.

Just curious about the little back disc that controls the flow on the older cooper wirsbo manifolds 7 outlet with the black caps. I saw a post on the Main Wall about someone who said to adjust all of the black disc so that it is about a dimes thickness above the brass collar.

2009年2月13日 · On the supply side, I have a wirsbo manifold with valves (or at least I assume they're valves) and balancing caps. The lines are uneven.. longest is about 500ft (garage), shortest is about 70ft (bathroom). Hence the balancing act on the supply manifold. To balance and preset the manifold assembly, proceed as follows. Using the chrome allen key (6mm), turn main valve clockwise until it stops. Using the small brass key, turn memory stop clockwise until it stops. Using the chrome allen key, turn the main valve counter-clockwise to set the loop flow or balancing turns for that loop.

2019年12月23日 · Typical loop is 100'-140', IIRC run off of Wirsbo mainfolds with each loop having an adjusting valve. The main manifold off the boiler is regulated by Taco zone valves and zone control. So my question comes in regarding water distribution.
