Each station has its own rich history, but combined, we deliver more TV programming than any one station can provide. WSWG was a radio station that broadcast on 1540 kHz in Greenwood, Mississippi, United States.

On August 17, 1988, an airplane crash on WVGA's transmitter caused it to leave the airwaves. It resumed broadcasting on January 16, 1989. On February 1992, Morris Network reached a deal with ET Broadcasting (WTXL's then-owners) to buy channel 44. However, the deal fell through and the station was taken silent on November 6 of that same year.
