2018年10月9日 · I agree. I have had Xi3 and Tesla supplied Sottozero II. X-ice really handled snow and ice but had only fair dry performance. The Sottozero's perform very well in the cold but are merely acceptable in snow. I live in the western NC mountains, so Sottozero's work for me. When I was in Wisconsin, X-ice was my choice.

2014年7月25日 · The current (unavailable) price was $1030 (incl tax) for 4 of the Michelin Ice Xi3 and $1089 for the Nokian Hakka R2. He strongly recommended the Michelins as he stated that they found the Nokians to be a difficult tire to work with and to balance correctly.

2013年11月3日 · Michelin X-Ice Xi3 XL (245/45R-19), ~1000 miles old I sold my Tesla over the summer and no longer need my winter tires. Get them before the snow gets you! Size: 245/45R-19 Tires have approximately 1000 miles on them, almost entirely used on the highway on a roadtrip (with no snow). Then, it snowed so badly last year I barely took the car out.

2019年9月15日 · I just put on XL rated X-ice tires this week and can already tell how squirmy they are compared with the stock MXM4s. I cannot imagine driving a Model 3 with lower than stock load rating - it would handle horribly.

2019年6月14日 · T-sportline 18" wheels with Michelin X-Ice on the P3+. We did not get too much snow and ice this year but when we did the car was like a tractor. Just a minor changes handling, not as sharp turn in as you would expect going from 20" to 18". Ride and noise was actually better with the Michelin X-Ice.

2013年1月12日 · I have X Ice 3s on now. They are not great in warm water. Not great at all. In early winter and early spring in WI when a week of 50s with rain is just as likely as a week of 20s with snow, I will sometimes invest the 30mins on an evening to switch my tires for the weather of the upcoming week.
