2022年9月20日 · Well, it's been a minute since I have peeked out of the garden. I am getting ready to app spree and noticed this X1 card with the SP etc etc. I applied and was approved last night for 30.5k SL. Loaded the card into my wallet seamlessly and went to use it today. A $3500 charge. Declined. I texted and emailed support and here was their response.

There are already two credit unions with 3% on all purchases all the time credit cards that I would recommend people try first.

2021年10月11日 · X1 Card Approval While it's still in Beta my invite came through today. The application process was super easy, started with entering name, address and SSN, then asked about income and finally used Plaid to verify income by looking at the direct deposit.

2021年12月22日 · Re: X1 Card Are Now Doing Hard Inquires True, it will eventually show up as a new account on your CRA files -- but likely not for a while. Unless this bank is unusually efficient, it will likely take anywhere from 1 - 3 months, so you might be OK on that front.

2022年1月24日 · Declined for x1 card UPDATE: Too many recently opened accounts Well, I finally got my invite with the second waitlist email from five weeks ago (the original was submitted in Sept 2020). I unlocked TU and EQ (EX wasn't locked), filled out the application and got the dreaded "Unable to open an account" screen.
