2012年10月2日 · I have been taking XLS-Medical pills for 5 days along with weight-watchers. I have lost 4lbs in 7 days which is incredible as i had a bit of a bad week with snacking and junk food. I've had no side affects so far.

Alli absorbs fat/prevents it from entering ur system so means ur bowel movements can be very loose and greasy.. be careful if u try this as theres lots of bad side affects. Xls medical is different and doesnt have the nasty side affects alli does but does have mixed reviews and as someone has already said..if u dont eat much fat its pointless.
