2014年9月1日 · The results of XRD analysis showed that under pure nitrogen atmosphere nanoparticles of CoO were prepared, while the oxygen atmosphere led to a formation of Co 3 O 4 nanoparticles. At ambient temperatures Co 3 O 4 is thermodynamically stable; however, thanks to the slow kinetics and nanostructural nature CoO remained stable at ambient temperature.
