2020年9月22日 · I just installed an XB7 gateway. It works fine, but I can’t find a user manual for it. A Comcast rep says my XB7 is an ARRIS TG4482A, and the Software page on the gateway web server (10.0.0.1) seems to confirm this.

2022年2月4日 · If you don’t have any xFi pods, you can use different SSID names to separate 2.4 and 5 ghz using the web interface. Then in the 5ghz side you can use MAC filter to control which devices can get on. For me most of devices in the house are on 2.4Ghz and only a few on 5Ghz.

2023年5月19日 · In the XB7 you have to hold the WPS button down for 15+ seconds to reset it. Once you do so, you will need to reactivate your gateway. This can be reactivated from the XFINITY.
