May 4, 2018 · The Xbox is on LAN via wifi and connects to my PC (windows 10 up to date). VLC will find files on my hard drive using smb. 100% of files play but only about ~2% with sound.

Jan 2, 2022 · VLC triggers hdr in the menu, but when I exit the menu after one second, it toggles hdr off and Im left with a greyish video. My projector, avr and xbox series x all play hdr in every other app, game, streaming.

Sep 28, 2017 · Hi there, I have issues with login into smb on NAS Synology, Tplink Archer D9 and my laptop. When there is no login I can read files and play them, but when there is authentication on the Xbox windows login I tried to enter I reckon everything possible combination but it simply does not work. I do not have a domain, but I tried WORKGROUP as well, nothing. Can anybody solve that mystery, please?
