The Xtreme Character Challenge SM (XCC SM) is not a men's conference or retreat. Men are led into the wilderness where inspiration, adventure and challenge forge a deep spiritual experience, and in some way, man and God meet. For 72 hours men work in teams and discover important lessons about God’s intended purpose for their lives.

Throughout the XCC, the men receive some twenty 10-minute talks that center around a Biblical character, such as Moses, Joshua, David, and, of course – Jesus. The aim of the XCC is to lead men to the highest place on earth, the foot of cross, in a way they have never experienced before.
